Group Membership
For institutions or organisations enrolling two or more members together, at a discounted rate and on a single invoice.
Looking to sign up multiple people for IARSA membership? IARSA can expedite the process. Group Memberships provide a team with special savings, as part of the association's commitment to give its members increased value and expanded benefits.
Group Membership lets an institution or organisation add staff members and employees to the group membership account, giving them access to all the benefits of IARSA membership at a discounted rate. An institution or organisation that currently has two or more IARSA members can take advantage of significant savings, and receives only one invoice for all memberships.
Even though a group membership is in place, all are considered individual memberships, owned by each individual. An individual who leaves the organisation before the membership expires retains it for the remainder of the term, provided they continue to meet the membership eligibility criteria, and becomes responsible for their own renewal applications and subscriptions.

How to apply
- Download the Group Membership Application Form, complete it, and send it back to the association.
- On receipt, the association takes any current memberships into account, adjusts the cost accordingly, advises the final cost and invoices for the Group Membership.
- Once paid, every named individual receives IARSA membership, and the organisation receives a certificate of Group Membership.
Terms & fees
- Payment is accepted by cash deposit, company or institutional cheque, or bank transfer.
- One convenient renewal date for the entire team, and one invoice detailing payment for each member, sent to the group contact.
- Additional members may join the group at any time during the year, with dues prorated accordingly. Renewals are billed annually after the first year, and multi-year memberships are available at an additional discount.
- The primary contact is IARSA's sole contact for the group. Individuals asking to be added to the group during the year must be approved by the primary contact.
- Group membership is accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year. Members converting from an individual membership to the group discount may lose part of their annual individual membership, as no prorated credit is given, except for members who joined individually within the previous 30 days. For example, if a membership is due to expire in March and the organisation joins the group programme in January, the January to March portion of the previous membership is lost.
